Didn't like anything, except beautiful viewing platform.

The pool area is beautiful, but it could use
more lounge chairs and shade options. We stayed in a bungalow that felt like a cozy retreat surrounded by nature. The staff were welcoming, but the dining experience was a mixed bag with limited options. I highly recommend exploring local eateries for meals.

would have stayed for longer.
We had a junior suite with air conditioning and a nice terrace. The private bathroom had free toiletries and a shower. The pool area was awesome with two outdoor pools and sun loungers. Spa facilities included body treatments and a massage. Overall, clean and comfy room in a peaceful atmosphere.

My honest journey to loving (or hating) this
This serene getaway in the jungle felt like a retreat, boasting a stunning upper pool area and incredibly kind staff. We relished poolside lunches while enjoying the tranquil atmosphere.
The road to the property was quite rough, and it was inconvenient that only cash payments were accepted, leading to an unexpected trip into town for ATM access.

amazing view from the roof, spacious room with a terrace, proximity to Chichen Itza
The road to access the hotel is painfully primitive!!! Wifi and toilet issues made for an uncomfortable experience. An option to accept multiple currencies would ease frustrations at checkout!!!

It was just a prime choice for a short weekend trip in Chichen Itza with excellent value for money. The pool area was a great spot to relax after a day of exploring, and enjoying the views from the rooftop was a nice surprise. Make sure to try the breakfast buffet for a good start to your day.

A beautiful spot in the jungle close to Chichen Itza, featuring stunning villas and a refreshing pool. The staff were welcoming, and the spacious room had a hammock overlooking the greenery. Wifi worked well, but the dining options could improve, especially breakfast. The road to access the hotel is gravel.

Tucked away in a peaceful area, the garden views were delightful, and the upper pool offered a serene atmosphere. Despite some issues with water pressure, the room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful night. However, the dining options were hit or miss. while the breakfast buffet was excellent, the shrimp flambe was a disappointment. Overall, the staff were exceptional, providing friendly service throughout our stay.

good but needs attention
The bungalow was spacious and well-furnished, making it quite comfortable for a night. The cleanliness of the entire property stood out, reflecting good maintenance. The garden view added a nice touch, enhancing the overall atmosphere. Each morning, waking up to the sounds of nature was truly refreshing.
The overall experience felt slightly limited due to the financial resources available to the hotel.
